Dr. Kiran P V is an experienced Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Consultant at SPARSH Hospital. He did his undergraduate training from KMC, Hubli and his Fellowship from the prestigious St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore. He further gained his experience working as an assistant professor at St. John’s Medical College and was an Emergency Medicine Consultant at Gleneagles Global Hospital, Bangalore. During his tenure, Dr. Kiran P V gained experience in the assessment and care of acutely ill patients of all specialties. He is an ATLS Instructor, a Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider and Instructor, affiliated to the American Heart Association and also completed the AHA Experienced Provider course. He obtained his MRCEM in June 2014. Besides training, he was responsible for teaching and supervision of junior residents and fellow students. Dr. Kiran is competent in procedures such as endotracheal intubation, intercostal drainage, central venous cannulation, arterial line insertion and minor surgical procedures like incision and drainage of abscesses, suturing of wounds and removal of foreign bodies.
