Pain relief is an important part of their work using regional anesthetic or parenteral techniques. A pain team closely monitors the patient comfort round the clock and has proved to be a remarkable step towards patient satisfaction. The guiding principle of the team is to make the patients stay as pain free and pleasant as possible.

The team gets involved with patient's right from the time of admission through their surgery till they go home. This feature has made many a patient, a friend of the team for life!

With an MD in Anaesthesiology Dr. John began his medical career at some of the leading healthcare institutions in the country like Kasturba Medical College and Manipal Hospital Mangalore. He also took an additional role of teaching where he was Assistant Professor in Anaesthesiology at St. John’s Medical College. He went to the UK for further specialized training in the U.K. and Ireland. Over the four years while in the UK he worked in some of the leading, teaching hospitals in Europe including Beaumont Hospital (Royal College of Surgeons Hospital, Ireland) St. James Hospital (Trinity College) & Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
