Another unique feature at SPARSH is that because of our super speciality approach our infection rates are much lower compared to other Hospitals. “Hospital Acquired Infection” is dreaded in the Medical World. There is a popular quote that says “You can spit in the abdomen but you cannot breathe over the bone”. This indicates how sensitive the bones are but because we have a much more controlled environment and focus exclusively on Orthopaedics our infection rate is predominantly lower. Now, with SPARSH Hospital for Advanced Surgeries we will not be dealing with trauma hence we have a 0.3% infection rate as compared to the prevailing 3% in most General Hospitals. The absence of any sort of contamination and a strictly controlled environment has resulted in superior results leading to a greater reassurance for our patients.

Most big hospitals are managed by corporates with a management degree. At SPARSH we believe in doing things differently.
