I would like to start with the coordination efforts handled by Mr Darshit. He has been extremely helpful and accomodating from day 1. He is always available on calls to resolve the matter, ensures to assign staff on time and also ensures that details of visiting staff is provided early on. Many times he has gone beyond work hours or on his week off to support with blood sample extraction. I would highly appreciate his efforts in ensuring patient is taken care of not only in hospital premises but also in our homes. When I was discharged on 20th August after a severe infection I was assigned Nishmitha sister for home care for administration of IV medicines and blood test sample withdrawal. She was extremely good and ensured no pain occured during medication. Always was on time as promised and also helped with few things like catheter care and basic hygiene knowledge. I will highly recommend her for All critical patient care and will rate her services 5/5. She is very well and soft spoken which puts patient to immediate ease.
