Dr Mohammed Abrar Shariff is a Consultant Paediatrician at Sparsh Women & Children Hospital, Bengaluru.
After obtaining his basic medical degree (MBBS), Dr Abrar went on to complete his post-doctoral degree in Paediatrics (MD) from the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka.
Following this, he has been an integral part in managing multiple paediatric and neonatal tertiary care centres in Bengaluru. He has catered to critical cases ranging from neonatal to paediatric and adolescent populations. He has gained extensive training in both neonatology as well as paediatrics and has worked alongside a renowned team of internationally trained neonatologists and paediatric intensivists.
With years of experience, Dr Abrar has developed expertise in managing a wide range of paediatric conditions and in providing specialised care for newborns. He is particularly skilled in handling the neonatal intensive care unit.
Dr. Abrar has excellent communication skills and strongly advocates judicial use of antibiotics. He provides general and critical emergency care, growth and development monitoring, immunisation and advice to parents on children’s health, safety, nutrition and fitness.
