Dr. Deepthi Bawa is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine & IVF and OBGYN at SPARSH Hospital for Women & Children, Bangalore. She completed MBBS from Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore followed by MS in OBG from Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore. She went on to earn a Diploma in reproductive medicine from Internation School of Medicine, KIEL, Germany. She has also completed basic and advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgical training from Bangalore. She has also completed her fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology from Dubai. In her previous assignment, she has worked as an IVF and Reproductive Medicine Consultant at Aster CMI Hospital in Bangalore. Her expertise lies in reproductive medicine and IVF. She has also worked as an infertility consultant at other renowned fertility centers and hospitals in Bangalore. She was an assistant professor at the Dr. BR Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital in Department of OBG, Bangalore and has extensive experience of teaching graduates and post graduates. She has to her credit the setting up of a new IVF lab and department in Aster CMI hospital and doing IUI and IVF in the same set up. Her specialities include Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy and Cosmetic Gynecology.
