Dr. Gale Kathleen Edward is a senior Histopathologist and Laboratory Medicine specialist with over 15 years of experience in diagnostic pathology, laboratory operations, quality management, and laboratory leadership. She was serving as Zonal Operational Head – South & West Zone, Laboratory Head, and Senior Consultant Histopathologist, overseeing reference laboratory operations and multiple satellite laboratories across the region at Oncquest laboratories – Bangalore.
As a laboratory medicine quality expert, Dr. Gale has played a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining NABL/NABH quality standards, strengthening laboratory governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diagnostic services.
In addition to her clinical and operational responsibilities, she has contributed extensively to medical education, research, and professional development through numerous publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals
