Dr. Lakshmisha N is an orthopaedic surgeon with specialised fellowship training in arthroplasty and robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery. He has extensive clinical experience in the management of orthopaedic conditions such as fractures,sports injuries with a special interest in hip and knee replacement, complex joint reconstruction and trauma surgery.
He has completed his MS in Orthopaedics from prestigious Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and subsequently obtained DNB in Orthopaedics from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. He further pursued a Fellowship in Arthroplasty (FNB) at Star Hospitals, Hyderabad, where he received specialised training in primary and revision joint replacement procedures and robotic-assisted knee replacement surgery.
His clinical interests include advanced joint replacement techniques, restoration of joint function and management of complex orthopaedic conditions. He is also trained in the use of the DePuy VELYS and STRYKER MAKO robotic-assisted surgical system for knee arthroplasty.
With experience across tertiary-care hospitals and government medical institutions, Dr. Lakshmisha has been involved in the management of a broad spectrum of orthopaedic conditions, including degenerative joint diseases, fractures and complex musculoskeletal injuries. He is committed to evidence-based clinical practice, surgical precision and patient-centred care, with the goal of improving mobility, function and quality of life.
