Dr. Narayan M. Itagi is an accomplished Consultant Pediatrician and Pediatric Intensivist with extensive expertise in pediatric critical care, tertiary emergency management, and advanced life support. He specializes in managing complex medical cases in children, including severe ARDS, status asthmaticus, septic shock, multi-organ failure, traumatic brain injuries, and post-transplant care.
Adept in cutting-edge point-of-care diagnostics and invasive bedside procedures, Dr. Itagi brings a compassionate, evidence-based, and multidisciplinary approach to pediatric patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes for critically ill infants and children.
- Pediatric Advanced Respiratory Support: Conventional Mechanical Ventilation, High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV), Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV / V60), and High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC).
- Extracorporeal Life Support: ECMO (Veno-Venous and Veno-Arterial – Central & Peripheral).
- Renal Replacement Therapy: Hemodialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT / Prismaflex CVVHDF), and Peritoneal Dialysis.
