Dr. Ravishankara is a Consultant Paediatrician at SPARSH Hospital, Mysore Road. He completed his graduation from the reputed institute KIMS, Hubli. Further, he specialized in the field of Paediatrics by pursuing a DCH from the Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Ballari and a DNB from the National Board, Dept of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India, New Delhi. Prior to joining SPARSH, he gained rich professional experience in the field of intensive care and epilepsy through stints at reputed institutes in Bangalore. He has also been a faculty in many national conferences. In addition to this, he is also a member of many academic bodies
