Dr. Sheela R. Gajapathy is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist with over 10 years of clinical, academic, and research experience. She completed her MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, and has received advanced training in Gynecological Endoscopy. She also holds a Fellowship of the International College of Robotic Surgeons (FICRS) and has completed the Core Concepts in Public Health (CCPH) program from the University of Minnesota, USA.
Prior to joining SPARSH Hospital, Dr. Sheela served as Consultant and Junior Consultant at leading women’s healthcare institutions, including Cloudnine Hospitals, Apollo Clinic, and Narayana Health. She also gained valuable international research experience at the University of Minnesota and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, USA.
Dr. Sheela specializes in comprehensive women’s healthcare, with expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, infertility, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, menstrual disorders, and preventive gynecology. She is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and personalized care for women across all stages of life.
