Dr. Ashwinkumar Vaidya is a Consultant in Transfusion Medicine and Blood banking at Sparsh Hospital, Bangalore. He obtained her medical degree from Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore, and completed his MD in Immunohematology and Blood transfusion from prestigious Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He is actively contributing in Quality assurance of the department. He actively participates in Voluntary blood donor motivation, and retention strategies. He plays a major role in workup of patients planned for Hematopoietic stem cell tranplants, along with collection and modification of stem cell product.
