Dr. Girijapati Machanalli is a highly skilled Critical Care Specialist with extensive training and experience in managing critically ill patients across complex medical and surgical scenarios. With a strong academic background that includes an MD in Anaesthesiology from AIIMS, New Delhi, an IDCCM from Sakra World Hospital, and an FNB in Critical Care Medicine from Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bengaluru, he brings advanced expertise in critical care medicine to his practice.

Over the last decade, Dr. Machanalli has worked with leading healthcare institutions, including Manipal Hospitals, Sakra World Hospital, and Narayana Hrudayalaya, where he has been deeply involved in the management of high-acuity ICU patients. His clinical skills cover a wide spectrum, including:

  • Advanced airway management & mechanical ventilation
  • Hemodynamic monitoring & invasive procedures
  • Management of sepsis, ARDS, shock states & multi-organ failure
  • Renal replacement therapy (CRRT, SLED) & ECMO care
