Dr. Anand Devraj is a skilled Surgical Gastroenterologist and HPB Surgeon based in Bangalore, with extensive experience in hepatopancreatobiliary, luminal, colorectal, GI oncology, and complex hernia surgeries. He is proficient in open, laparoscopic, and advanced robotic-assisted surgical techniques, including Da Vinci and SSI Mantra platforms.
He currently serves as a Consultant – Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary & Liver Transplant Surgery at Sparsh Hospitals Yelahanka, where he manages complex gastrointestinal, colorectal, and HPB conditions and is part of the liver transplant team. Previously, he worked at Apollo Proton Cancer Centre, Chennai, contributing to robotic surgeries for GI, colorectal, and HPB malignancies, including high-volume rectal cancer procedures.
Dr. Anand completed his DrNB in Surgical Gastroenterology and Liver Transplantation at Sakra World Hospital and holds an MS in General Surgery and MBBS. His professional experience includes GI oncology, complex minimally invasive surgeries and participation in cadaveric and living donor liver transplants, including clinical obsorvership in liver transplant at CLBS Max Hospital. He has presented research at national and international conferences and holds fellowships in Minimal Access Surgery and Robotic Surgery, along with an HPB Certificate Course.
