Dr. Ravindra Nidoni is a highly experienced Liver & Hepato- Pancreato- Biliary Transplant surgeon with many scholarly qualifications and esteemed research works. He has obtained DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology & HPB Surgery from Jagjivanram western railway Hospital, Mumbai. Subsequently he obtained fellowship in Liver transplantation and Hepato – Pancreato – Biliary surgery from Max Super Specialty hospital, New Delhi. He is extensively trained in managing complex Liver and Pancreato biliary diseases including living donor Liver transplant, deceased donor Liver transplant, ABO incompatible Liver transplant and other complex Liver and pancreatic resections. His special interest are living donor Liver transplant for advanced Liver cirrhosis and Liver transplant in elderly patients. Dr Ravindra’s extensive expertise spans various research topics which includes extensive research on single center experience of 3000 living donor Liver surgeries, their evolution and innovations to benefit Liver failure patients. He has also authored research paper on Outcomes of living donor Liver transplantation in elderly patients, which is also published in renowned international journal.

Dr.Ravindra Nidoni was a senior Resident from the Department of General Surgery & Surgical Gastroenterology, B.M Patil Medical College, Bijapur, Karnataka. He has also been an Assistant professor in the same department from 2014 – 2015. Dr Ravindra Nidoni did his Senior residency & DNB superspeciality from Jagjivan Ram Railway hospital, Mumbai and was a Senior Fellow at the Department of Liver transplantation and HPB surgery, Max super specialty hospital, New Delhi. In 2020-2021 he was working as a Consultant at the Department of Liver Transplantation & HPB surgery, Fortis Hospital, Bengaluru and in BGS Gleneagles Hospital, Bengaluru from 2021-2023.
